Three Dimensional Movement (3DM) System
Strategically incorporated into the areas of the helmet that receive the highest number of impacts, Tektonic Plates (and the new, external TPU Cushion) improve the helmet’s performance against rotational forces and add an additional layer of impact absorption to the helmet. The Tektonic Plates move independently of the helmet shell, reacting in multiple directions to help better distribute the energy of an impact.

Football’s Most Advanced Impact Absorption System
TPU Cushioning absorbs more impact across a wider variety of temperatures than any other helmet. Independent helmet testing labs proved that for three straight years. The F7 incorporates TPU Cushioning throughout the helmet, including the all-new, external TPU Cushion found under the Tektonic Plates, as well as a re-designed front pad. TPU Cushioning also features better heat management than traditional foam padding and won’t take a compression set like foam padding.

Enhanced Performance Through Better Fit
A larger, more comfortable jaw pad configuration - framing your face and creating a secure, “locked-in” fit inside the helmet. The HSS increases the surface contact area creating a more secure, comfortable fit. The high performance, impact foam is wrapped in soft, durable and comfortable fireman’s leather. The internal and external stabilizers add strength and reinforce the ear flap.

Advanced Material Up to 60% Lighter
The F7 features a completely new line of faceguards, engineered exclusively from titanium – the most advanced faceguard metal in the world. Up to 60% lighter than traditional faceguards. The Raised Brow design deflects impacts away from the helmet shell and helps disburse and manage force from impacts near the front of the helmet. The tapered faceguard design increases range of motion and decreases the areas of potential impact.

Attach or Remove a Faceguard in Seconds
Reduces to two the number of attachment points on the helmet. The Rapid Release System features our patented Twist Release Nose Bumper as well as two Quarter Turn Releases on the side. You can attach or take off a faceguard with two small turns of a screwdriver and a twist!

Advanced Shell Construction Improves Performance
We’ve engineered Flexural Resistance areas into the F7 helmet shell. The back shelf and Temporal side wings improve the overall strength and durability of the shell in critical locations. These design features improve impact absorption and allows us to increase TPU Cushioning in those areas to improve impact absorption and performance.

SUREFIT Air Liner and RDS Liner
Our Most Comfortable Helmet and Improved Performance
The fit and comfort of Schutt football helmets is legendary. And we’ve taken it the next level with dual SUREFIT inflatable liners in the crown and along the back and sides. The liners feature an increased number of inflatable pods, giving you a more secure, “locked-in” fit. In addition, the SUREFIT’s under layer is the all-new Radian Diffusion System (RDS) Liner. Improves independent movement of the liner, TPU and the head, resulting in greater performance against rotational forces.
